You can be pear-shaped, apple-shaped, or as lean as a runner bean! Whatever your shape is you will find the centre of excellence at your core. The core consists of your shoulders, torso and hips. If you build a strong core, you will not only look and move better, you will also benefit from it in other spaces.

2. The Go Functional Space
This space is for the experienced exerciser and will help you train on stability, explosion and agility. You can vary your work out by using different accessories. The sky is the limit in this space! Ask your instructor for more information and ideas.

3. The Stretch Space
When you do it... it feels great and it eases tension. Stretching is good for everyone and a great way to rejuvenate mind and body and it increases your flexibility.

4. The Fun Space
You twist, slide and rock and roll. You stumble, tumble and fall. You get up and laugh. You get back on and try it again. This space will help you work on your stability and balance and have fun during your work out! The fun space is for young and old and suitable for every type of exerciser.

5. The Circuit Space
No time to waste! The Circuit Space combines easy to handle strength equipment with cardio exercises. This is a very simple and quick way to get a total body work out. You can train all your muscle groups within 30 minutes! This space is suitable for every type of exerciser.

6. Cardio Space
This space is suitable for everyone that wants to work on their endurance. The cardio entertainment options will add variety and fun to your work out, which will help you to achieve your goals and go an extra mile!

7. The ready space
This space is designed for a beginner who wants a total body work out. It will offer you a total body work out. Each muscle group will be trained individually but simultaneously. The stability of the exercise is supported by the equipment. This work out is called one-dimensional training. Ask your instructor how to progress to the next level: the steady space.

8. The steady space
This space is designed for the more advanced exerciser. It will offer you a total body work out by training each muscle group individually and separately from each other. The stability of the exercise is supported by the equipment. This work out is called two-dimensional training. Ask your instructor how to progress to the next level: the go extra space or go functional space.

9. The go extra space
This space is designed for the experienced exerciser. It will offer you a total body work out by training each muscle group with free weights or cable motion equipment. In this space you need to focus on stability yourself, which gives an extra challenge to the work out. This work out is more demanding on your muscles. This work out is called three-dimensional training. Ask your instructor for more information and ideas how you get the best results.

10. The Tone space
This space is suitable for every type of exerciser. The exercise helps you to tone your body and will focus on the wobbly bits around the hip, bottom and thigh area.
